That feel when you switch your pillow to the other end of your bed and invert your sleeping orientation for the first time in a while
You have the nicest handwriting. Good lord. What do you use to ink/sketch/draw with?
Well, i assume you mean the lines in my art? Because my handwriting is atrocious XD
I use two mechanical pencils - a .5mm with HB lead, and a .3mm with B lead (the former for sketching and the latter for finish/details) and two paper blending stumps. As for ink, i mostly use a set of brown/sepia prismacolor premier pens (a lighter and a darker colour) and a few blacks. Size 005, 01, and 05. I have various other random pens i use occasionally, but those ones do the vast majority of my inkstuff.

I'm pretty sure people have asked this before but I can't find the post. Do you do commissions? If so, what are your prices? If not do you think you may do them in the future?
I don’t right now - i’ve been closed for a while (and probably will be for a while still) because i have too much of a backlog and i’m really slow.
But i do plan to do them again someday! They’re fairly pricey though, at least compared to the average furry/pony/fandomwhatever artist prices.
Why do you use a cuttlefish as your censor?
I never have before, but i wanted to try something other than a cake, and i was thinking about the HUMANCENTiPAD episode of southpark (which i then watched immediately afterward, in case you wanted to know.)
So i opted to try the cuttohfeesh, but it didn’t sit well…

Yeah, i certainly do! I just don’t know exactly when :P But it’s likely i will do another one this week.
Though the next stream i do will probably just be me trying to finish some owed commissions, not pony stuff. Because i really need to do that :G

I LOVE your fur suit, it looks so cute and sexy! :3 Judging by how tight it fits you, I'm going to assume it was measured and designed specifically for your body, is that correct? May I ask where you got it from? I've been looking for a good place to buy myself a fur suit, and could use some tips. My preference is something with wings, and I can't find anyone who can do those realistically enough.

Yep, the best way to make a suit look good is to make it fit, imo.
I made mine myself, so i had plenty of opportunity to fit it as best i could with my limited tailoring skills :P I had never sewn or made patterns or anything so i had to learn it from scratch. It was… frustrating at times. :S
The slack fabric on the back still bugs me… not to mention the exposed zipper that i hadn’t had the foresight to put under a flap… maybe whenever i get around to doing another suit for myself i will have an advantage since i’ll know more what i’m doing!
Did you see the wings Qarrezel did that i blogged a few days ago? ( http://youtu.be/ApTHDbe_7NY ) They’re really wonderful, and it says she’s going to be doing commissions for them. Of course, getting on her queue is pretty difficult since she’s so in demand…
Loved that last Glinda drawing, am blown away that you included the lacrimal ducts. But one thing I wanted to ask was your choice to place naris behind beak rather then on the beak?
Well, that was a choice i made to reflect bird beak anatomy despite the fact that it differs from the show.
Since the holes are on the raised up skin (i assume?) part which is clearly divided from the beak itself i decided it would look funny in my more realism-based style to just have ‘nostrils’ further forward on the beak like Gilda does in the show without having a ‘lip’ in front of them. But in hindsight, it was an error to make that part white, i suppose. It has no feathering. I guess i’ll have to fix it :S It’s the colour that makes it misleading!
But there you go, ecmajor insights. I usually have to make numerous decisions like that when adapting such simplified cartoon characters into my style :P They aren’t always the correct decisions.
I just. Wow. ;w; I just had a very good fap to your art. I don't think I've ever been this wet. I wish I would have known you when I first discovered I liked animals and mythical creatures sexually. Keep up the good work, EC!

Dammit, ECM! Why does that Gilda have to be so awesome? REALLY nice work on it. I think I like gryphons more than ponies now... Are you planning on a SFW version to put on Deviantart and bring to cons?

Yeah, i’ll probably do a safe edit for Deviantart/bronycon/whatever. Not sure if it will be pantied or just barbie-dolled, but it’ll be good to have an alt version.
